Dipstick possible blow out

One of my powerstroke seems to be pushing its dipstick out approximately 1-2" after running it through the day. Any idea's?

Do you get a lot smoke/ vapor coming out of the oil fill?

You know I did check that the other day after a hard pull with it, and it had some definitely but I didn't seem too excessive.
